These Terms govern your use of AI Business Assistant, an automated WhatsApp customer support service operated by Alex Shatsky.
1. Purpose
The Service provides automated responses to questions about products, lighting, store services, and related customer inquiries.
2. AI-generated information
Responses may be generated using artificial intelligence.
Although we aim to provide useful and accurate information, automated responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
3. Product information
Product availability, prices, specifications, delivery estimates, and other commercial details are subject to confirmation by the relevant store.
An AI-generated message does not constitute a binding offer or a confirmed order unless it is expressly confirmed through an authorized business process.
4. Electrical and installation safety
Lighting and electrical product information is provided for general information.
Electrical installation, wiring, and safety-critical decisions should be performed or verified by appropriately qualified professionals, in line with the rules that apply where the work is done.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, send malicious content, or interfere with its operation.
6. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or particular features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on WhatsApp, Cloudflare, and OpenAI. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free automated responses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
