User Data Deletion
AI Business Assistant accepts requests about personal information processed through its WhatsApp customer support service.
How to request deletion
Send an email to alexandr.shatsky@gmail.com.
Subject: AI Business Assistant — Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- A statement that you want your personal information deleted.
- The WhatsApp phone number associated with the request, if we need it to understand which messages you mean.
- Any other detail that is reasonably needed to verify the request.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment card details, or identity documents unless we specifically ask for them through an appropriate secure process.
There is no deletion control inside the WhatsApp chat.
What happens next
- We acknowledge and review your request.
- We may verify that the request relates to your WhatsApp account.
- We look for personal information under our control that we can identify. The Service does not keep a conversation archive indexed by phone number. Message text is held in a queue only until the job is finished or the queue’s retention period ends. A processing record is stored under the message identifier and does not contain the message text or the phone number, so a phone number alone does not locate it.
- We delete or anonymize eligible information that we can identify, within what the law and the system allow.
- We tell you when the request has been handled, or we explain the limit that applies.
Some information may remain for a time in Meta, OpenAI, or Cloudflare systems, or where the law or a legitimate security need requires it. Deleting information those providers hold on their own may require a separate request to them.
